As I age, I found myself gaining weight every year and having medical problems.

In April 2009, I found Fitness Achieved on the Internet.  I decided to give Brent Meyer a try because of his background and education. While I was skeptical of how much could be accomplished since I had tried so many other things before, I figured I had nothing to lose. 

Don’t get me wrong, the first few weeks were challenging.  At the same time, he designed workouts specifically for me and my goals.  Once I made it through those first weeks, I was amazed.  I started dropping the weight at a pound per week– something I had never done before.  More than that, I was losing inches, sizes and body fat- not muscle.  Here it is, only September 2009, and so far I have lost 18 pounds, and changed from a size 10 to a size 6.

I look forward to my workouts every week.  Brent keeps me on track by providing demanding workouts to do on my own.  He is a positive influence, always making sure you believe in yourself and that you can do anything, and now I can.  I cannot say enough about how Fitness Achieved has improved my life!
